Hardwood flooring is hygroscopic which means it will continue to gain or lose moisture until it is at equilibrium with the humidity and temperature of the room it is in. We allow the wood to sit as long as possible to ensure there are no swelling or shrinkage problems during installation.
We will accept returns on full cartons only within 30 days of purchase. A 25% handling fee is charged. There are no returns on glues, thinset or grout. Absolutely no returns on special orders.
